A Message from Our Payroll Team
Reminders for 2025 tax prep, updates and new UKG resources that streamline processes and increase UKG training accessibility.
The Payroll Team is already preparing for tax time and they need your help to make sure all of your personal information in UKG is correct. BEFORE DECEMBER 12, please log in to your UKG account and do the following:
- Review your personal information, especially your ADDRESS. **If you choose to have your tax documents mailed to your home (that’s an option for you to select), those documents will be sent to the address in your UKG account.
- Verify your W4 information – state AND Federal. If the information is not what you want it to be, then you can change that in UKG.
New UKG Resources in 2026
As we continue to learn more and utilize new tools in UKG, we’re finding ways for the program to be more useful for all employees. Two of those resources improve communication and training availability.
- Text reminders directly from UKG.
- Training Videos available through the UKG Training Module – Videos showing how to complete different processes in UKG will be available through UKG. When you’re scheduled for training, you’ll get an email from UKGTraining@olysteel.com that tells you what the training is and will link to the resource.
When these resources are rolled out early next year, we’ll share more about what to expect.
