Powered by People: 2025 Corporate Citizenship
Corporate Citizenship is one of our ten Core Values, driven by employee ideas and participation. Last year we supported 62 charitable organizations through volunteer hours, monetary donations and in-kind donations.
Corporate Citizenship Committees dedicate themselves year-round to creating opportunities that raise funds, engage employees, and support the communities where we live and work. Whether it’s jeans days, donation drives, raffles, or golf outings, these efforts make a meaningful impact on charitable organizations—and none of it would be possible without your continued enthusiasm and participation.
WHAT WE DID
When it comes to helping others, the possibilities are truly endless. Our efforts are shaped by the unique needs of our communities, as well as the preferences and strengths of each committee. Some locations enjoy hosting raffles to raise funds, while others prefer participating in events outside the workplace. No matter what the approach is, every effort is made with the same goal in mind because, as the saying goes, every little bit helps. Like in 2024, our most popular initiatives include donation drives (such as school supplies, nonperishable food, hygiene products, pet supplies, clothing, and toys) and fundraisers like bake sales, coupon book sales, golf outings, and raffles.
HOW MUCH WE COLLECTED
As an organization, we raised $211,000 ($178,500 cash contributions + $32,500 in-kind donation valuation). The really incredible part is that 69% of that amount was funded by our generous Employees! The Company funded 18% of the donations and the rest (13%) was a combination of employee and company support.

WORKING FOR WISHES
Our Company Philanthropy is Make-A-Wish® and our efforts across all organizations added up to $96,500. This amount was achieved through employee participation in divisional fundraisers and community donations, especially in the case of our Integrity Stainless Annual Golf Outing (which contributed nearly $40,000 to Make-A-Wish in 2025).
WANT TO GET INVOLVED?
It takes a dedicated group of individuals who go above and beyond their everyday responsibilities to serve on their division’s Corporate Citizenship Committee. These teams select the organizations we support, plan fundraisers and events, and inspire engagement across the workforce. Their commitment and hard work are the foundation of our Corporate Citizenship success.
If you would like to participate in identifying and planning your division’s events, please reach out to your HR Generalist.
