UKG New Experience Preview

UKG is our Human Resources Information System (HRIS). It’s the program we use to track hours worked, process payroll, manage time off, complete annual reviews and more.

Earlier this year, you were asked to verify your email address and phone number in your UKG account to help prepare for an authentication upgrade to the UKG system. If you have not yet done that, please take a few minutes to verify your contact information while you’re completing the Open Enrollment process this year.

NEW EXPERIENCE PREVIEW

As UKG prepares for the authentication upgrade, they also updated the interface. This means the site is getting a makeover!

The good news is that before the site is officially changed early next year, you’re able to preview the New Experience by turning on the “Try our new look” option located in the upper left corner of your screen when you’re logged into UKG.





You’ll receive notice before the new version of the site is official. Until then, you’re encouraged to view your account with the new experience toggle “on” to preview what the site will look like.
